  • Operator & Driver Verification Data (KYC): To ensure safety and compliance, we collect significant additional information from our Operators and their Drivers. This includes business registration details, government-issued identification, and bank account information for payment processing.
  • Vehicle Information: Operators must provide detailed information about their vehicles, including make, model, registration number, and seating capacity. We also require you to upload official documents such as the Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC), Insurance, and Permits, as well as pictures of the vehicle (front, side, interior).
  • Booking & Transaction Data: We collect details of the trips you book or provide, including dates, times, locations, and financial details of the transaction, such as the advance amount paid.
  • Communications: We collect information when you communicate with us, such as through our support center, or when you communicate with other users through our platform's messaging features.

  • Log and Usage Data: We log information about your use of the platform, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and the dates/times of your visits.
